The best way to do this would be to create a page in Brightspot that you will use only for notes and be sure to delete the url. To do this uncheck the box that creates a default url on the right side of the page. (you will not see this option if your preview is open) If it doesn’t have a url it cannot be linked to anything and will only be visible on the back end.
