How to Place an Image on a Page
Add an Image to the Lead
- click the +Add button below the Lead title.
- In the module window, choose a Promo or other module that includes an image. Good choices for the Lead are: Card, Image Only Large; Promo - Full Width; and Promo - Full Width - Large.
- If you only want the image to appear, change the dropdown in the Promo edit area from Internal to No Link. This will allow you to add just an image (rather than a promo that links to another page).
- Under the Image heading, change the dropdown from None to Shared (or One-off if you want to add an image that will not appear anywhere else in the system).
- If you've chosen Shared, click the search icon under Image.
- Choose the image from your site's image library
- If the image you want is not there, you can click New Image in the bottom left of the search window.
Add an Image to the Rich Text Area
- Put your curser in the spot where you want the image to appear.
- Click the image button at the top of the rich text editor.
- In the Edit Image window, make sure the dropdown under the Image title is set correctly to Shared or One-off, depending on your preference. (A one-off image appears only in this location and nowhere else on the site). The following steps assume you're using Shared.
- To choose the shared image, click the search icon below the second Image title.
- In the search window, click the image you want to use.
Edit the Display, Size, or Alignment of an Image in the Rich Text Area
- Click the image or its title in the rich text area editor.
- In the small menu that appears, choose Edit.
- Turn the caption on or off
- Edit the caption
- In the Enhancement Style dropdown, change the image's size or alignment (to reduce the image size and place it on the right or left within the text, change the Enhancement Image Size to Vertical, and adjust the Enhancement Alignment)
- Click Save & Close.
